During my recently completed trip to the UK this month I spent seven days
hiking about in the Lakes District. I was able to meet
Gerry McNeice, a
folksinger from that part of the world. He's written a song, "Home," about
Leo Mustonen and our country's promise to bring home all of our fallen
soldiers. Gerry very kindly played "Home" for me and allowed me to make a video recording of it. You can see it at the Final Flight YouTube page.

Gerry has his own YouTube page where he has posted many of his popular performances. You can see it HERE. |

The class is designed to develop and hone your writing skills. With inspiration coming from the Giant Forest along with the Kaweah River, cliffs, mountain meadows, and giant firs, we'll explore techniques for writing about nature and adventure. Students will share their work (past and present) with each other and receive coaching from their instructors. Tips for getting published will be discussed.
